Vegetable Growers Association of New Jersey | NJ Agricultural Convention & Trade Show

The tractors rolled into Harrah’s in Atlantic City as the Vegetable Growers Association of New Jersey put the garden in Garden State at the annual NJ Agricultural Convention & Trade Show, harvesting extensive live coverage across multiple media platforms. “From habaneros to hemp and summer spinach to sweet corn, this three-day event helps Garden State farmers grow better and more sustainable food, flowers, and other agricultural products,” said Joel Viereck, President of the Vegetable Growers Association of New Jersey.

The convention’s workshops, training, and educational sessions addressed a variety of topics, such as the economics of running a vineyard, high-tech scarecrows for cornfields, and farmer health and safety. On the exhibit floor, showgoers explored cutting-edge tools and systems, from farm vehicles and drones to seeds and packaging, insurance, green solutions, and so much more.

Extensive media coverage was garnered from outlets including the Press of Atlantic City, WPVI Action News (6ABC), and Morning Ag Clips, raising awareness in the agricultural and consumer sectors.
