Open South Jersey

Launched during the uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Open South Jersey is a
concept inspired by Philadelphia Inquirer’s Michael Klein’s database of open restaurants and
businesses in South Jersey. The concept evolved into an ongoing celebration of what we love
most about the region – local events, holiday celebrations, small businesses and big ideas.

The goal of Open South Jersey is to increase engagement and patronage between local
businesses and consumers in a way that promotes a sense of community.
